Lawrence Technological University and the City of Southfield are a collaborative and engaged team. We offer the Blue Devil Southfield Scholars program to Southfield graduates; for Southfield HS graduates, this means a scholarship well over $85,000 for four years to receive a bachelor's degree.
Students are eligible to receive their full offered scholarship as long as they are registered for at least 15 credit hours in the fall semester and 15 credit hours in the spring semester. Students enrolled in 12 - 14 credit hours will receive a prorated scholarship. The remaining portion of the scholarship can be applied toward summer classes. Students must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours to receive a portion of the scholarship.
Professional Development
We also have professional development programs we offer middle and high school teachers. Our goal always is to partner with the City of Southfield as a preferred educational provider for the Southfield Community.

In order for this fund to disburse to a student account under the Southfield Scholars Program this completed form must be submitted two weeks before the beginning of the semester.
